A professional telephony solution
The telephony software offered by Ouverti allows you to leverage your employees' mobile phones. Through a simple, web-based configuration interface, you can set up an employee directory with their availability.
The public can then call the company number, use the directory, and have their call seamlessly redirected to the employee's mobile phone (without ever seeing their number). Employees themselves have a gateway to place calls as if they were coming from the company number.
The software requires no special configuration on employees' phones: it's ready to use as soon as the company directory is set up.
Finally, the software is billed monthly, with no long-term commitment.
Features that meet your needs
- Supports having one or more business phone numbers (if you are established, for instance, in Montreal and Vancouver, it is possible to have two local numbers in these two locations);
- It gives you the choice for each business phone number to operate only in English, only in French, or in both languages;
- Offers a directory to list employees and their availability. Comes with time zone management, in the case of employees working remotely or a company operating in several locations around the world;
- Setuping and updating of this directory is done via a web interface, and can be entrusted to one or more employees (obtaining multiple management accounts is possible);
- Allows the public to call the company number, use the directory, and be redirected to the phone of the requested employee without exposing their number;
- Similarly, it allows employees to mask their number through a call gateway, and to contact the outside world by making the calls appear to originate from the company number;
- Optionally supports a reception (station zero), which can be redirected to a designated employee.
Affordable prices for your phone system
The prices below are in Canadian dollars ($CAD), and depend in part on the rates of our service provider Twilio, which we pass on at cost price†; if your business operates outside of Canada, we can probably offer you the service, but prices may differ.
- $1.50 per month per business number;
- $7.00 per month per active employee listed in the directory;
- $0.51 per hour when consulting the directory (billed per minute);
- $1.35 per hour once a call with an employee is established (billed per minute).
